Dr. Yue - UPSA Lab Tours 2026
The Yue Lab conducts in vivo studies delineating brain mechanisms which coordinate whole-body metabolism. Current projects focus on discerning pathways in the brain and neurocircuitry that drive regulation of glucose and lipid production, feeding behaviour, energy expenditure, body weight gain, and hepatic fuel production, in the context of non-diabetic, diabetic, and obese models to further understand the pathogenesis and etiology of diabetes and obesity. Please visit this link to learn more about Dr. Yue.
**Please note that the Yue Lab does animal work. Animals who have had brain and vascular surgeries may be shown, but students will NOT handle any animals. Animal handling will be done by lab personnel.
